Don’t leave home without them

I was first introduced to SaltStick when I was turned up for a half marathon in over 30 degree heat and my friend said “take one every 5k”. Not only did I survive when others were falling with dehydration but I had very aches the next day!
I now use these on all my long runs and in 3 marathons in 2023! Yes the legs are a sore the day after the marathons (come on it’s 26.2 miles they should be) it’s not actually as bad as other people who can barely move.
I cannot recommend these highly enough - I’ve told everyone I know who runs to get some and try them and they have been converted!
